Here Comes Fa La La

Fa La La time is right around the corner!  I know, we have two other holidays before Christmas, but I'm like a kid come October and can't wait!

My card was created with several new Reverse Confetti goodies starting with the side panel using a design from the Warm Heart paper pad.  I love the Fa La La Circle die which I paired with the Boo To You Circle die.  This sweet gift-giving bear and birdies are from the Christmas Bear stamp set and coordinating dies.

Thanks to these challenges for the inspiration:

Maple & Ink New Release!

If you haven't heard of Maple & Ink, you need to check out Ashleigh's adorable designs!  And today, there's a NEW release!

I'm a sucker for coffee/tea themed stamps and this set is packed with lots of possibilities!  Use it for for Christmas, winter or all occasions.

The cute coffee beans can be grouped together or cut separately like I did here.  Ashleigh's images are really unique and fun to color!

Can you stand this adorable kitty sipping his coffee?!  Love the cup and fabulous coffee stain images.

Hope you'll stop by Maple & Ink to check out the new designs, planner stamps, tutorials and more!

A Little Bit of HAPPY

The festivities continue at the STAMPlorations CUTplorations monthly challenge!  Are you playing?

Use our inspiration photo (and include it in your post) and any brand of die cuts. Just be sure to use at least one STAMPlorations product (stamp, stencil, die, coloring page) on your project.  Don't have any STAMPlorations products yet? There is a free digi here, you can use. Cards, tags, scrapbook pages, mixed media projects ... all are welcome.

For my card, I was inspired by the 'happy' in the photo.  I used these wonderful STAMPlorations Shaker Balloons #2 Star dies (these balloon dies come in other shapes too)!  The sentiment was stamped using STAMPlorations Happy Birthday set.

Now it's your turn!  How will you interpret this month's challenge for a chance to win a STAMPlorations gift certificate?  If you need more inspiration, be sure to check out the rest of Design Teams' fabulous creations on the STAMPlorations blog!

      Guildlines:
  • Players can link up as many projects as they want (1 project per blog post)
  • Players must use at least 1 STAMPlorations product (stamp, stencil, die, or coloring page, or free digi stamp)
  • Prizes: $10 GC for the winner; $5 GC each to the 2 top picks
  • If there are more than 25 entries: 1 player will be randomly drawn to win her choice of CUTplorations dies worth up to $15

Reverse Confetti October Sketch For You To Try

It's really starting to feel more like fall: cool temps and the leaves are changing slowly - it's kinda like Mother Nature is doing a 'soft launch' of fall :) That inspired my choice of colors for this card...a soft fall!  And the layout was inspired by this month's Reverse Confetti Sketch For You To Try!

There is a new sketch posted on the Reverse Confetti blog on the 1st of each month. The sketch link list will be open from the 1st until noon CST on the 29th. The SFYTT button is posted on the sidebar.  Click on it to be taken to the current SFYTT post and link list.

Reverse Confetti stamps and/or Confetti Cuts are required to win.  This is a way we get to thank our customers for using our stamps.  Anyone is welcome to play, though! You may enter as many times as you wish.

There will be a winner each month and that person will receive a $20 gift certificate to the Reverse Confetti store and claim the title of ‘Fetti Fave. The winner of SFYTT will be posted on the Reverse Confetti blog at the end of the month.

For my card, I used lots of pretty paper designs from Every Little Bit paper pad.  The center tag was cut using the Topped Off Tag and the darling trees were cut from Lime Green and Sand cardstock using the Branch Out dies.  Don't you just love this sweet little squirrel?!  He's from the new Nuts About You stamp and coordinating die sets.  To finish, I cut Midnight cardstock using the 'thanks' die from the Fancy Words Confetti Cuts collection.
