What's Your Desk Looking Like?

Whew!  There's just a couple more hours left before the Fall Coffee Lovers Bloghop comes to a close.  What a BLAST!  And speaking of desk does look like a fall coffee explosion occurred on my desk :)   I decided to grab some things laying on my desk to create another card!

Let's see what I got here...The leaves are from Reverse Confetti, the cup/coffee pot are STAMPloratons, the coffee beans are Paper Smooches and the sentiment from Altenew!  What's laying around on your desk?

Whimsical Fall

I went a little whimsical for a fall card (about as whimsical as I get) using this sweet mushroom printed pattern paper.  The color combo is not one I would have thought to put together, but I kinda like them for a different fall look.

These cute coffee cups and sentiment are from a wonderful set by Joy Clair: Coffee Lovers. The tag die is Papertrey Ink Tag Sale #3.

If I were this little sweetie, I'd be grateful too...look at that big, beautiful coffee to go!  Today's the last day :( of the Fall Coffee Lovers Bloghop and I'm really grateful for the fun, inspiration and 'reason' to create lots of projects with two of my favorite themes: fall and coffee!

For my card, I layered a stitched die cut piece of cardstock using an MFT Stitched Rectangle STAX die.  I created a backdrop using Distressed Oxide Inks and die cut the opening for the sentiment using an MFT Stitched Oval Window Word die. The grass was cut using a die from Reverse Confetti Nuts About You.  The little girl - whose outfit is paper pieced - and leaves are MFT Pure Innocense Jumping With Joy.  And lastly, that fab coffee to go is from Lawn Fawn Love You a Latte

Little Bit of Autumn Blessings

Sometimes blessings come in tiny ways that we don't even recognize them as blessings.  Today was one of those times.  What on the surfaced seemed like a very disappointing situation, actually held a blessing of hope, of promise, of faith and of enlightenment.

So for my card, I thought tiny images would remind me of those tiny blessings.  These darling little die cuts were made with several Taylored Expressions Little Bit dies:  Fall Harvest, Coffee To Go, Leaves, and Owl.  The frame cut from wood grain cardstock is My Favorite Things Stitched Rectangle Frame, and the lovely sentiment is from Reverse Confetti Autumn Blessings.

Warm Fall Thoughts

Today is the official first day of Fall!  I'm looking forward to the holidays coming up over the next few months but really love the beautiful, rich colors of autumn :)

For my card, I chose fall pattern papers for the backdrop.  The fun, colorful leaves were made with Paper Smooches Large Leaves dies, the Luggage tag and cup are from STAMPlorations and the acorn die - I honestly can't remember where I got this little guy from.

Heartfelt Thanks

This has already been "a week" and it's only Wednesday!  Getting into my craft room is the best therapy and I love 'getting lost' in a project.  This is the last one for the night, however, as sleep is also good therapy and I haven't gotten much of that this week!

This card is featuring one of my favorite Stampin Up sets - French Foliage - it's retired now, but I just love it!  The pretty cup is from another of my favorite coffee sets from Neat & Tangled - Perfect Blend.

Foxy Fall

I'd like to say it feels like fall, but this week it's been down right warm and in the 80's!  Nevertheless,  it is mid-September and tomorrow is the official start of fall...I'm ready for it!

Today my card features some darling images and dies from Paper Smooches!  The sweet little fox is from the Chilly Chums set and her coffee cup created with one of the Coffee & Tea dies.  Who can resist a big, colorful acorn?  This image is from the Falling for You set and the fab tree was cut from cardstock using Trees 1 dies and a circle die.  For the background, I used some Distressed Oxide inks.
